Johannesburg-based ICT and on-premises and cloud solutions leader Elingo congratulates its client and short-term insurance innovation leader, MiWay Insurance, on winning the Genesys: PureConnect Innovation Award 2018.

The Awards formed part of the G-Summit Johannesburg 2018, a flagship African digital transformation event for all Genesys customers and partners in South East Africa.

They were presented to seven winners across five key categories designed to recognise customer experience transformation, excellence, innovation and impact.

In what started as a 30-seater implementation over a decade ago has grown to over 3 000 seats across the MiWay business operations.

Karl Reed, Chief Solutions Officer at Elingo, presented the award to Huzair Essop, Manager for ICT and BPI at MiWay.

This was a fitting tribute, given the history and relationship between the two market leaders.
