Call Centres World Africa and Customer Contact World Africa 2000 kicks off tomorrow at MTN Sundome

Tomorrow sees the start of the Call Centres World Africa and Contact World Africa exhibition and conferences. Now in its third year - the event has become the annual meeting place for the southern African call centres industry, and is quite simply the most significant event on the call centre and customer management calendar.

The event comprises a full trade exhibition supported by more than 80 local and international industry players, as well as two comprehensive conference programmes. This year sees the inclusion of a dedicated CRM exhibition and conference that will run alongside the Call Centres World 2000 event to support the tremendous industry move towards customer relationship management strategies.

Organised by international events company, AiC Worldwide, the combined Call Centres World / Customer Contact World Africa 2000 event promises an unrivalled showcase of the hottest technology and management solutions for the call centre and customer management industries.

Today, as more and more customers are bypassing the telephone and doing business across the and other electronic channels, loyalty of customers will be dependent on how a business provides a consistent level of , whether they choose to communicate via telephone, fax, email or web.

This will be the message conveyed by a select panel of high-powered speakers from across the globe who will come together during the Call Centres World and customer Contact World conferences that run alongside the exhibition. Literally hundreds of case studies from companies around the world will come under the spotlight during the conference programmes as speakers identify and discuss key issues facing the call centre and customer relationship management environments.
