Two non-executive directors have quit JSE-listed GijimaAst`s board.
In a statement to shareholders on Wednesday, the company said Warren Drue and Cornelius Johannes Potgieter had quit the board.
The company said the two had voluntarily stepped down as directors as "part of the restructuring process of the company, as well as the board of directors".
Potgieter, who joined the board in June 2003, has a BCom accounting (honours) and has held the position of CEO of Coris Capital since 2001. Coris Capital is a financial services company with a core focus of pension fund member administration and multi asset management.
Drue, who has been on the board since January 2005, has a BA LLB and is admitted to practice as an attorney in the High Court of SA. He has been practising attorney for over 17 years and is a senior partner of Routledge Modise Moss Morris.
