Wired4Women: Balance to bloom
Intentionally aligned with the 2026 theme of United Nations International Women's Day - a Wired4Women gathering, held on 13 March at The Saxon, explored what justice looks like in ICT and digital leadership. Not as aspiration but as structure because progress without sustainability is not progress at all. Balance is not about personal resilience or better time management. It is structural justice embedded in systems, metrics, policies and leadership behaviour. Bloom is the outcome.
