HP has appointed Mike Nefkens as executive VP of Enterprise Services, effective immediately.
Nefkens served as interim lead since August this year. His role will see him driving growth in the division, which delivers IT outsourcing, managed cloud, applications and business process services.
In addition, Nefkens will serve on HP's Executive Council, reporting to Meg Whitman, HP CEO and president.
"Mike has led some of our most successful account turnarounds and has already had a very positive impact on the business," said Whitman.
Nefkens has previously worked at EDS and Holland Chemical International. He holds an MBA from Duke University, and a finance degree from Texas Christian University.
