Mint Management Technonogies (Mint) announced that it has added another qualification to its already highly competent customer relationship management skill set, thanks to its recent accreditation to provide customers with Microsoft Dynamics CRM software assurance planning services, implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
This latest Microsoft accreditation is certainly an accolade to Mint, as only carefully selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM partners qualify for this accreditation. As part of the accreditation process, Mint was required to demonstrate its ability to render these services effectively.
As with Mint's other recent accreditation by Microsoft to provide SharePoint deployment planning services, only partners that have achieved specified criteria and that have demonstrated consistent capability to deliver and add value in a particular business realm received this accreditation.
"To achieve the Deployment Planning Services accreditation for CRM so hot on the heels of our SharePoint DPS accreditation gives Mint yet another edge in a highly competitive professional services field," said Francois Pienaar, services director at Mint.
The benefits to customers in dealing with a CRM planning services engagement partner such as Mint include the ability to make use of various engagement models based on three, five, 10 or 15 days with a specific set of activities allocated to each engagement model, with relevant supporting documents and resources provided to the engagement consultant. In essence, Mint has the ability to assist customers who are deploying Dynamics CRM for the first time, or customers who are refining or extending an existing implementation.
"Mint's engagement consultants have the ability to tailor the engagement with our customers based on their needs, which means that, together with the customer, the approach around the engagement, which is based on Microsoft Dynamic's SureStep methodology, ensures all the relevant bases are covered when planning the services," say Pienaar.
Customers who qualify for deployment planning services could enjoy the following benefits, depending on the duration of the engagement:
* Pre-engagement assessment covering
* Microsoft Dynamics CRM overview
* Requirements and process review
* Scoping assessment
* High-level solution architecture and
* Proof of concept (online or on-premise)
"Mint will continue to pass the benefits of saving on the engagements costs onto our customers, giving them the maximum value from both Mint and Microsoft's expertise. This certainly contributes towards Mint's premier position as one of the 'best-of-breed', trusted partners for customers who are looking for a value-add, experienced Microsoft partner in South Africa," says Pienaar.
"In addition to this, Mint's access to the latest Microsoft tools, templates, reference materials and best practice documentations ensures that we are able to deliver on follow-on projects, which is essential to our long-term relationships with our customers," adds Pienaar.
"Mint has also recently added the functionality and services offered by 'ClickDimensions' to our CRM arsenal, which further enhances our value offering to our CRM customers. As one of ClickDimensions' South African partners, Mint has the ability to offer our customers the full ClickDimensions product range, including Email Marketing and Marketing Automation for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This is just another way that Mint keeps going the extra mile to assist our CRM customers to get maximum value out of their software," comments Pienaar in closing.
