ValueCare reduces lifecycle costs of hardware and software
Siemens Nixdorf has introduced a new service solution called ValueCare, offering the use of its hardware and software and associated support services for a fixed monthly charge.
To spur the adoption of ValueCare, Siemens Nixdorf is applying the "sale-and-lease-back" concept whereby existing client/server systems are bought from customers at residual book value, then offered to them to use again as part of an individually tailored ValueCare package.
